I was inspired last night.
I was inspired by the “Made In America Christmas” story that I saw on ABC News last night. It is said that Americans spend about $700 on Christmas each year. If each American spent $64 on gifts manufactured in the USA, we could created 200,000 jobs. That sounds worth getting behind, if you ask me. I’m 18 years young. I don’t intend to change the world, but I intend to try my hardest to do my part to restore the American economy. That’s why I’m doing this.
Today, I went to the mall, and found lots of cute things that I wanted to buy. Tops, jewelry, plates… all cute things, all at an affordable price. But they were all made in China! I realized that I had a lot of trouble finding things that were made in the U.S.A! I figured that other people may be having the same problem. So I decided to start this blog. Every day, I will look for things that are made in America both online and in stores. Then, I’ll post them here. I want to make it easier for Americans to buy American. So please follow me, reblog me, recommend me to friends, and buy American.
